strong Documentation Reporting strong Maintain complete quality records handover files test reports and snag lists Prepare monthly QA QC progress reports for the Project Manager and client consultant review
strong Handover Authority Approval strong Lead final inspections with consultants and local infrastructure authorities for project handover and snaggings clearance
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent) from an accredited university.
Experience:
Minimum 2 to 8 years of hands‑on QA/QC experience specifically within roads, highways, drainage, and sewerage network construction projects.
Technical Expertise:
Deep understanding of civil construction standards (AASHTO, ASTM, BS EN) and local infrastructure authority specifications.
Practical knowledge of pipe laying standards (GRP, HDPE, UPVC, VC) and trenchless pipe installation methods (microtunneling/HDD) is a plus.
Experience with asphalt mix designs, concrete quality control, and soil stabilization.
Certifications:
Certified ISO 9001 Lead/Internal Auditor or CSWIP/AWS certifications are highly preferred.

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail on site and in documentation.
Ability to interface confidently with clients, supervision consultants, and site teams.
Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and quality documentation management software.
Strong leadership skills to enforce quality standards without causing project delays.
