Job SummaryThe Leasing Executive is responsible for managing the full leasing cycle for both residential and commercial units, ensuring a smooth process from client engagement to final contract signing. The role requires strong market awareness, customer service skills, system proficiency, and the ability to coordinate seamlessly with internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage residential and commercial leasing activities with proven experience in both segments.
- Prepare and print lease agreements through Yardi and offline formats, ensuring alignment with company standards.
- Liaise with clients throughout the entire leasing process until the final signature is secured.
- Provide prompt and professional responses to leasing inquiries.
- Obtain all required management approvals before contract execution.
- Ensure all leasing activities comply with company policies and local regulatory requirements.
- Maintain strong, hands-on experience using the Yardi system.
- Update and manage leasing data accurately within the system.
- List available units across major property portals such as Dubizzle, Bayut, Property Finder, and additional listing channels.
- Ensure all listings are accurate, updated, and aligned with marketing standards.
- Monitor rental trends, competitive offerings, and market conditions.
- Provide insights and recommendations to support pricing and occupancy strategies.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in residential and commercial leasing.
- Strong proficiency in the Yardi property management system.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Strong understanding of real estate marketing platforms and listing procedures.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to perform market research.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Google Drive applications.
