Responsibilities- Actively sell company properties, including plots, villas, and buildings (commercial & residential)
• Identify and pursue potential leads, establish client relationships, and conduct property viewings - Provide accurate and up-to-date information about properties to clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote properties effectively
- Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitors' activities
- Must have Minimum 2 years of UAE real estate sales experience
- Must have a valid UAE driving license
- Fluency in the Arabic language (both verbal and written)
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong networking and relationship‑building skills
- Proficiency in using real estate databases and online listing platforms
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques in the real estate industry
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer preferences
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities
- Detail‑oriented with exceptional follow‑up and follow‑through skills
- Proactive and self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with financial calculations related to real estate transactions
- Ability to effectively communicate and work with diverse clients and colleagues
- Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate transactions in the UAE
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Knowledge of Sharjah, Ajman and Umm Al Quian real estate market and regulations
- Diverse portfolio of properties to offer to clients
