- Develop and implement innovative leasing strategies to attract and retain high-quality tenants in a competitive market.
- Maintain a deep understanding of local market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing to position properties effectively.
- Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally, fostering positive tenant relationships.
- Drive property occupancy by executing targeted marketing campaigns and showcasing property features to prospective tenants.
- Conduct thorough tenant screenings, including credit checks, background investigations, and rental history verification, to secure reliable residents.
- Negotiate lease terms and rental rates, ensuring favorable agreements for both the property and the tenant while maximizing revenue.
- Manage the entire leasing lifecycle from initial inquiry to lease signing, providing exceptional customer service throughout the process.
- Prepare and present compelling property tours, highlighting unique selling points and addressing prospective tenants' needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in property leasing or sales, preferably within residential or commercial real estate.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding leasing targets and occupancy goals.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong understanding of fair housing laws and leasing regulations.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple leads and leases simultaneously.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for real estate and tenant relations.
