The Real Estate Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Sharjah, responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of residential and commercial properties. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and listing properties, conducting property viewings, advising clients on market trends and investment opportunities, and supporting them through negotiations, documentation, and closing processes. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders, while ensuring all interactions reflect the company’s values of integrity and transparency.

The Real Estate Specialist will also be expected to track leads, prepare reports, collaborate with the team on marketing strategies, and stay informed about regulatory changes and local market developments.

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Real Estate and Real Property, including property valuation, market analysis, and transaction coordination.
• Candidates Must have skills in real estate Sales in UAE market for 2 years.
• Candidates should possess skills related to Real Estate Development, such as understanding project life cycles, developer offerings, and investment potential.
• Relevant experience in the UAE real estate market and knowledge of Sharjah and surrounding areas is highly beneficial.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English; othre language skills are an advantage.
• UAE driving license is Mandatory.
• Ability to work on-site, manage multiple clients and properties, and maintain organized records and documentation.
• Proficiency with basic office software and real estate CRM tools; familiarity with digital marketing for property listings is beneficial.
• A relevant diploma or degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in real estate.
