Represent the institution on research committees and at national and international forums.

• An earned PhD in a field relevant to the institution's mission.
• A strong personal track record of research, with ideal expertise in quantitative or mixed methods research within education or a closely related field.

• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans that align with institutional priorities.

• Proven experience in providing strategic direction and leading academic or research teams.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
