• Master’s degree in educational research or equivalent / Ph.D. in a related field preferred.

• Master's degree + 15 years of experience in the field of studies and research OR Ph.D. + 10 years of experience in studies and research.
• Working with international organizations and institutions.

Developing and supporting the implementation of strategic and operational plans for the Center in the field of studies and research.

Leading multidisciplinary teams within the Center and relevant stakeholders in the studies and research department. Developing and publishing studies, research papers, and related documents related to the Center's plans and projects. Monitoring and analyzing regional and international trends in the education sector to provide expertise and advice related to studies and research in line with the strategic directions.

Supervising the preparation and implementation of the studies and research’s projects in the Center's strategic and operational plans, and ensuring the alignment of the outputs’ quality with the global research standards. Providing specialized expertise and strategic guidance to the studies and research team and preparing and publishing policies at the Center.

Supervising the process of publishing studies and research produced by the Center.

Offering technical consultations in the field of studies, research, and policy development to countries within the Center's scope of work.

Preparing consultancy service proposals for the Center’s clients and other relevant stakeholders to maintain the Center's position as a service provider in the field of studies, research, and policy development (within the Center's scope of work). Drafting the terms of reference for approved studies and research projects

Performing any other tasks assigned to the position as needed and in the interest of the work.
