Are you a passionate frangrance specialist with exceptional olfactory skills and strong technical expertise? Dr Scent is looking for a talented Perfumer to join our team at the Head Office / leading scent formulation, driving R&D innovation, and overseeing lab operations to support our growing global presence.
What You’ll Do- Create and refine innovative fragrance formulations, from concept to final specs.
- Oversee laboratory operations, raw material quality control, and multi-site inventory.
- Research and implement emerging scent technologies (e.g., Encapsulation, Acti Moods).
- Engage directly with key suppliers and clients on bespoke fragrance projects.
- Lead new product launches and deliver technical training to sales teams and international agents.
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Perfumery, or a related field.
- Proven track record as a Perfumer with lab/operations experience.
- Highly developed olfactory sense and creative formulation talent.
- Strong organizational skills and technical expertise in aroma compounds.
- Fluency in both Arabic & English is mandatory (spoken & written).
- Flexibility for frequent domestic & international travel.
