Chemist Fertilizers & Pest | Product Development | R&D Creativity

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Chemistry / Applied Chemistry / Chemical Engineering or relevant field
• Experience in fertilizers, water-soluble fertilizers, NPK, specialty fertilizers or agricultural chemicals
• Practical experience in formulation, product development, testing & quality control
• Ability to develop and improve new fertilizer products/formulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of production, laboratory procedures and product quality
• Contribute creative solutions and innovative thinking to overcome technical hurdles in product development.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Agronomy, or a related scientific field.
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in R&D, specifically within the fertilizer or pesticide industry.
• Proficiency in analytical chemistry techniques (e.g., HPLC, GC, spectroscopy, Ext.... ) and formulation science.
• Demonstrated ability to design and execute experiments, analyze data, and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Strong understanding of agricultural practices, crop physiology, and pest management principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative approach to scientific challenges.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborative teamwork.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements for agricultural chemicals is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
