Master's & Above degree in Chemistry, Agronomy, or a related scientific field.
1-3 years of hands-on experience in R&D, specifically within the fertilizer or pesticide industry.
Proficiency in analytical chemistry techniques (e.g., HPLC, GC, spectroscopy, Ext.... ) and formulation science.
Demonstrated ability to design and execute experiments, analyze data, and draw meaningful conclusions.
Strong understanding of agricultural practices, crop physiology, and pest management principles.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative approach to scientific challenges.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborative teamwork.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements for agricultural chemicals is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
