The Executive Chef will be responsible for all kitchen operations, including menu planning, budgeting, staff management and scheduling, food safety, inventory control and quality assurance. They must ensure that the kitchen meets health and safety standards at all times, while also delivering high quality dishes that are consistently enjoyable for customers.
