Kenyan Executive Chef in Sharjah

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Kenyan Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and leading our culinary team. Your main goal will be to ensure that our guests receive high-quality, delicious meals that exceed their expectations.

Requirements:
- Must be a Kenyan national with prior experience as an Executive Chef.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead and train kitchen staff.
- Excellent knowledge of different cuisines, cooking techniques, and ingredients.
- Ability to create innovative and unique menus while also adhering to dietary restrictions and food allergies.
- Knowledge of food cost control methods and inventory management.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
- Good communication skills in English.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
- Train, supervise, and schedule kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Create new menu items or modify existing ones based on seasonal availability or guest preferences.
- Maintain inventory levels by ordering necessary ingredients and supplies while minimizing waste.
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared according to high-quality standards and served promptly.
- Monitor food costs by implementing portion control measures and minimizing waste.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment at all times.
- Collaborate with other departments to plan special events or promotions that involve food service.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this position.
