Needs for the CandidateThe ideal candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail. They must also be able to take initiative, work independently, and collaborate effectively with the entire kitchen team. A creative approach to cooking is a must as well as a passion and enthusiasm for preparing unique culinary dishes. No prior experience is required but basic culinary knowledge is an advantage.
