Job Summary
Kitchen hand assists cooks or chefs within a working kitchen. They perform basic food preparation and clean utensils, dishes and benches that are used in the kitchen. They store food and dry ingredients, dispose of rubbish, and help maintain the cleaning of all equipment and each area of the kitchen.
