Overview
Cashier vacancy in Sharjah UAE for unskilled workers. We are looking for a Cashier to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cash transactions, providing customer service and maintaining the store’s accounting records.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong customer service focus. They should have an understanding of basic accounting principles and be able to accurately record financial transactions. Attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately is essential for this role.
Responsibilities- Use cash registers, scan items, accept payments, issue receipts, count money in the cash drawer at the beginning and end of the shift, answer customers’ questions, and provide change as needed.
- Check pricing accuracy on items purchased by customers, restock shelves with new inventory, handle returns/exchanges/refunds of merchandise, process credit/debit card payments, accept checks from customers where applicable and process coupons or other discounts when appropriate.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service focus.
- Understanding of basic accounting principles and ability to accurately record financial transactions.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately.
Location:
Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. Salary: 1100 AED per month. We are open to considering foreign applicants for this role.
