Grandiose is a home-grown retail chain giving its customers a different experience for shopping and dining in the UAE. The fast-growing premium grocery retailer is looking for a dynamic Butcher for our team in UAE.

• Follow standards to cut meat.
• Schedule daily activities by reviewing priorities with supervisor, discussing special instructions, product promotions, new products, and price changes.
• Maintain customer relationships by welcoming customers, answering their questions, responding to special requests, and describing product features.
• Maintain store shelves by observing displays of company products, removing damaged or freshness-dated products, tidying store shelves, and providing optimum display of products.
• Maintain inventory by restocking shelves with product from inventory, observing inventory levels, and prompting store management to reorder when levels appear low.
• Help Sales & Marketing team with special promotions by setting up promotion displays, checking daily on special promotions, observing customer reaction to special promotions, forwarding observations to management, and removing promotions at end of special promotion period.
• Maintain quality results by following and enforcing standards.
• Enhance merchandising and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

At least 2 years as a butcher preferably in FMCG retail industry.

Must be good in English communication.
