Retail Sales Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Retail Sales Executive with a strong background in fashion retail, specifically in modest wear and ready-to-wear collections.

The ideal candidate will bring hands‑on retail experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to engage clients in Arabic to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

• Customer Engagement & Sales
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong client relationships
  • Actively engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Drive sales by recommending appropriate modest wear and ready-to-wear collections
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and store sales targets
• Product Knowledge
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of current collections, trends, and product offerings
  • Advise customers on styling, fit, and coordination of outfits
  • Stay updated on seasonal trends and new arrivals
• Store Presentation
  • Ensure the sales floor is well‑organized, fully stocked, and visually appealing
  • Support visual merchandising efforts, including product displays and replenishment
  • Maintain high standards of store cleanliness and presentation
• Operational Support
  • Handle transactions accurately using POS systems
  • Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and stock takes
  • Follow company policies and procedures
• Customer Retention
  • Build and maintain a loyal customer base
  • Promote ongoing offers, new arrivals, and loyalty programs
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fashion retail (mandatory)
• Proven experience in modest wear and ready-to-wear fashion
• Fluent in Arabic (mandatory) and strong communication skills in English
• Strong sales track record with a customer‑focused mindset
• Energetic, proactive, and highly motivated personality
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment and flexible shifts

• Experience in premium or luxury fashion retail
• Strong styling and fashion advisory skills
• Knowledge of regional customer preferences in modest fashion
