- Develop effective merchandising strategies for existing and new products.
- Monitor inventory levels and adjust pricing strategies accordingly.
- Place orders with vendors and follow up on deliveries.
- Track performance metrics such as sell-through rate, turns, etc.
- Negotiate terms of contracts with vendors.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
- At least two years of experience in merchandising.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends quickly.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
