Merchandiser - Pakistani Nationals (Contract Position)

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing the buying and selling of products for our company. This is a contract position without accommodation, suitable for Pakistani nationals with strong English speaking skills.

• Plan and execute merchandise strategies to meet sales targets
• Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing
• Monitor inventory levels and make adjustments as needed
• Analyze market trends and customer preferences to make informed purchasing decisions
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and sales to develop promotional campaigns
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper product placement and display
• Prepare purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure timely product availability
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and update inventory systems accordingly

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role is preferred
• Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of market trends
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
