We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Merchandising Coordinator to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Merchandising Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the buying and selling of products to ensure maximum profitability. This is a contract position with opportunities for advancement.

• Work closely with vendors to negotiate pricing, delivery schedules and product quality
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of merchandise
• Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or mark-downs as needed
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and recommend changes in product assortment
• Collaborate with marketing team to create promotional strategies for featured products
• Conduct market research to identify new potential products and suppliers
• Ensure all products meet company standards for quality, pricing, and appearance
• Communicate regularly with sales team to ensure alignment on product availability and promotions

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in merchandising or purchasing
• Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to multitask
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

Preference will be given to Indian nationals who are fluent in English. This role is open to all genders.
