Merchandiser - Fashion Retailer (Sharjah, UAE)

Our fast-paced fashion retail company is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for selecting and purchasing the latest fashion trends to ensure our stores are stocked with the most desirable products. This role requires excellent communication skills, as you will work closely with buyers, suppliers, and store managers to ensure timely deliveries and attractive displays.

• Research and analyze current fashion trends to make informed purchasing decisions
• Collaborate with buyers to select merchandise that aligns with our brand image and target market
• Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing
• Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or sales promotions
• Work closely with store managers to plan and execute attractive displays that drive sales
• Attend trade shows and events to discover new products and suppliers

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Merchandiser in the fashion retail industry
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of market trends
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with suppliers, buyers, and store managers
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Biometric passport or valid work visa for UAE
