Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and creative Merchandiser to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have an eye for detail and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This position offers the opportunity to work with a highly motivated team of professionals and to be part of an exciting work culture. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of 1200 AED per month plus benefits.

- Developing and executing effective merchandising strategies for assigned stores or accounts
- Working closely with store managers to ensure that merchandise displays are set up correctly
- Monitoring sales trends, stock levels, customer feedback, and competitor activities
- Ensuring the accurate pricing of products on display
- Liaising with suppliers and negotiating terms of contracts
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Proven experience working as a Merchandiser or in a similar role is desired but not mandatory
- A keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
