Contract Merchandiser (Indian Nationals Only)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Contract Merchandiser, you will be responsible for the planning, organizing, and implementation of merchandising strategies for our products. This is a contract position with no accommodation provided.

• Develop and implement merchandising plans to achieve sales targets
• Monitor product performance and make necessary adjustments to maximize sales
• Ensure timely delivery of products and maintain inventory levels
• Collaborate with vendors to negotiate pricing and manage product assortment
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences
• Create attractive displays in stores to increase product visibility and drive sales
• Communicate with store managers to ensure proper execution of merchandising plans
• Provide feedback on product performance, customer feedback, and market trends

• Must be an Indian national currently residing in Sharjah or willing to relocate on own expense
• Fluency in English is mandatory for effective communication with team members and vendors
• Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
• Strong knowledge of market trends, product assortment strategies, and visual merchandising techniques
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
