Merchandiser - Full Time (Visa Sponsorship Available). We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability of our products. This role is open to Africans and Egyptians with a valid visa sponsorship.

• Develop and implement merchandising plans that align with company objectives
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for product assortment and pricing
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
• Monitor inventory levels and make adjustments as needed
• Work closely with the sales team to develop promotional strategies
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competition
• Collaborate with marketing team to create visually appealing displays in stores

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in a retail environment
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on findings
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Fluency in English is required, Arabic language skills are a plus
