Merchandiser - Sharjah
We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Sharjah, UAE.
Salary: 1000 per month. The position is open to considering immigrants.
Responsibilities- Developing and implementing a merchandising strategy that will increase sales and maximize profit.
- Managing the inventory of products, placing orders for new stock, and identifying trends in product popularity.
- Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure the best prices for goods.
- Developing promotional materials and displays to showcase products in stores.
- Conducting regular market research to understand customer preferences, competitor activities, and industry trends.
- Analyzing sales figures to identify areas of improvement.
- Working with store staff to ensure shelves are properly stocked with merchandise.
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Knowledge of retail software systems is also required. A degree in marketing or business management is preferred but not essential.
