• Collaborate with the buying team to determine product selection and placement within the store
• Create visually appealing displays that highlight new products, promotions, and seasonal items
• Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking
• Conduct market research to stay informed on current trends and customer preferences
• Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
• Train and mentor sales staff on product knowledge and visual merchandising techniques
• Analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and make necessary adjustments

• Minimum 2 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in a retail environment
• Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and techniques
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of market trends and customer preferences in the UAE is preferred
