Merchandiser (Temporary, Own Visa, Accommodation Provided) - Sharjah, UAE (Preferably Indians)
We are looking for a Merchandiser who is willing to take up a temporary job in Sharjah, UAE. Preference will be given to candidates who can speak English fluently and have their own visa. The company will provide accommodation for the selected candidate. This position is open to Indian candidates only.
The successful candidate must have experience in merchandising and be able to perform the following duties:
- Monitor product trends and sales activity to identify customer needs and opportunities;
- Create merchandise plans based on data-driven research;
- Analyze customer feedback and preferences to develop strategies that increase sales;
- Design attractive displays that maximize visibility of merchandise in store;
- Collaborate with store managers to coordinate inventory levels across locations;
- Monitor stock levels and order new items as needed;
- Develop promotions for new products and services;
- Track inventory using software systems;
- Train store staff on merchandising strategies.
