Cashier vacancy in Sharjah UAE for unskilled worker Job Description

We are hiring for a full-time Cashier position in Sharjah, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing customer transactions in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer service. This position offers a competitive salary of 1100 AED per month. We are open to considering foreign applicants who meet the following criteria:

• Previous cashier experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to learn quickly and take direction well
• Good math skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer literacy with experience using MS Office Suite

• Greeting customers warmly as they enter the store
• Accepting payments in form of cash, check, or credit card from customers and providing change or credit as needed
• Counting money in the cash drawer at the beginning of every shift to ensure accuracy of funds
• Balancing cash drawers at the end of every shift to ensure accuracy of transactions
• Answering customer questions regarding store promotions, product information, etc. in a friendly manner

The successful candidate should be reliable, have excellent attention to detail, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
