Merchandiser - Sharjah, UAEWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Merchandiser to join our team in Sharjah. This position offers a competitive salary of 1200 AED per month and we are ready to consider immigrants for the role.
Requirements:- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of retail merchandising principles
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
- Flexible with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role is preferred but not essential

The Merchandiser will be responsible for ensuring that all products are available in the right quantity, at the right time and place. Other duties include developing merchandise strategies in line with company objectives, analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes. The Merchandiser will also be responsible for identifying new product opportunities, monitoring stock levels at store level and ensuring that inventories are accurately maintained.
Additionally, they will be required to develop promotional plans for products as well as train store staff on product knowledge.
