Cashier job vacancy in Sharjah UAE for unskilled workers

We are looking for an experienced and professional Cashier to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a cashier role and be able to work accurately, with excellent customer service skills.

The successful candidate should have an eye for detail, be well organized and able to multi-task. They must be willing to learn new processes and demonstrate the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits
• Issue receipts, refunds, credits or change due to customers
• Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change
• Greet customers entering establishments
• Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas
• Resolve customer complaints
• Answer customers' questions and provide information on procedures or policies.

• Previous experience as a cashier preferred but not required
• Basic understanding of mathematics
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately
• Excellent customer service skills
• Attention to detail with accuracy when handling payments.

We offer a competitive salary of 1200 AED/month for this position. We are open to considering applicants who are immigrants.
