We are seeking an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Sharjah. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products are merchandised effectively, accurately and attractively on store shelves and online.
The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in retail or merchandising, with the ability to maintain accurate records and identify trends in consumer behavior. They should be highly detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and a passion for customer service excellence. They should also have a strong understanding of current trends in retail and merchandising, as well as an understanding of the local market and culture.
The Merchandiser will be responsible for developing product planograms, creating promotional displays, ordering inventory for stores and working with the sales team to manage pricing strategies. They will need to monitor sales data to identify opportunities for improvement, track inventory levels and ensure all stores are stocked appropriately at all times. Additionally, they will need to provide feedback on store performance and maintain relationships with vendors when ordering merchandise.
The position offers a salary of 1000 AED per month, with consideration given to immigrants who meet the criteria outlined above.
