Merchandiser - Indian Nationals (English Speaking)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandiser for our company based in Sharjah, UAE. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability of our products.

• Develop, implement and monitor merchandising plans that align with company objectives
• Analyze market trends and customer preferences to make informed decisions on product selection and placement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, and operations to ensure efficient execution of merchandising strategies
• Monitor inventory levels and make timely replenishment decisions
• Plan and execute promotional events to attract customers and drive sales
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper product placement, pricing, and availability
• Build strong relationships with vendors to negotiate favorable terms and conditions
• Keep track of competitor activities and make necessary adjustments to stay competitive in the market

• Indian national residing in Sharjah or willing to relocate
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser in the retail industry
• Proven track record of driving sales through effective merchandising strategies
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
