The role of the Merchandiser is to ensure that sales are maximized by maintaining product selection, pricing, and availability that meets customer needs. They will be responsible for developing promotional campaigns, analyzing sales data, monitoring stock levels, and creating reports based on findings. They will also need to ensure product safety standards are met and established procedures are followed.
The successful candidate should demonstrate a commitment to customer service excellence as well as exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
