Merchandiser UAE

We are hiring a skilled Merchandiser to join our dynamic team in Sharjah UAE As a Merchandiser you will be responsible for managing and maintaining product displays and inventory levels in various retail outlets Your main goal will be to increase sales and brand awareness by attracting customers through visually appealing displays.

• Plan and execute product displays in accordance with company guidelines
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers for restocking as needed
• Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends and competitor activities
• Collaborate with sales team to develop effective marketing strategies
• Negotiate with store managers for prime display locations
• Ensure that all products are accurately priced and labeled
• Track sales data and provide reports to management on a regular basis
• Train and supervise sales staff on proper merchandising techniques

• Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with store managers
• In-depth knowledge of visual merchandising techniques trends and best practices
• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and make strategic decisions
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
• High attention to detail and organizational skills

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluency in English knowledge of other languages is an asset
• Indian nationality preferred
