As a Merchandiser Specialist you will be responsible for ensuring that products are displayed and promoted in a visually appealing and effective manner Your primary goal will be to increase sales by creating attractive displays and managing inventory levels You will work closely with suppliers and retailers to develop marketing strategies and promotional events You must have strong communication skills as you will be responsible for negotiating contracts and building relationships with clients This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month based in Sharjah We welcome applications from Indian or Pakistani nationals who are fluent in English This is an ideal opportunity for students or individuals without prior experience as accommodation and visa sponsorship will be provided
Responsibilities- Design and set up product displays in retail stores
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels
- Communicate with suppliers to negotiate pricing and discounts
- Collaborate with retailers to plan promotional events
- Analyze sales data and make recommendations for improving product placement
- Build relationships with clients to maintain long-term partnerships
- Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities
- High school diploma or equivalent degree in marketing business or related field preferred
- Fluent in English knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations
- Familiarity with marketing techniques and retail environments
- Previous experience in merchandising or retail sales is an asset but not required
