We are a leading retail company in Sharjah seeking an entry-level Merchandiser to join our dynamic team. This position is suitable for Indian nationals without prior experience in merchandising. • Assist in the planning and execution of visual merchandising strategies
• Conduct market research to identify current trends and customer preferences
• Collaborate with the buying team to select and purchase products for display
• Ensure timely delivery and proper placement of products on shelves
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate any stock shortages or overstock situations
• Maintain organized and visually appealing displays that promote sales
• Assist in creating promotional displays for special events or holidays

• Indian nationality preferred
• No prior experience required, training will be provided
• Must be willing to relocate to Sharjah and live in provided accommodation
• Basic understanding of retail principles and customer behavior is an advantage
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
