Requirements for the Candidate:- At least 3 years of experience in Merchandising.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Understanding of market trends and customer needs.
- Knowledge of current retail industry methods and practices.
- Ability to use computer applications, including spreadsheet software, for data analysis.

The Merchandiser is responsible for managing merchandise in order to maximize sales revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves selecting product ranges appropriate for the store, negotiating with suppliers on pricing terms, forecasting sales levels based on market trends, monitoring stock levels in store, providing feedback to suppliers on product performance, developing promotional campaigns to increase sales revenue, and providing regular reports on sales figures and stock levels to management.
