Merchandiser

We are looking for a dynamic and organized Merchandiser to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and executing product displays, managing inventory levels, and analyzing sales data to identify trends and make strategic decisions. The ideal candidate will have experience in merchandising, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

• Plan and execute product displays in line with company standards
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock is replenished as needed
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for product placement
• Work closely with the sales team to understand customer preferences and needs
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies
• Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies
• Maintain accurate records of merchandise transactions and track performance metrics

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
• Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make strategic decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with biometric passport regulations (preferred)
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

This is an urgent position that requires someone who is able to work efficiently under tight deadlines. Preference will be given to candidates from Pakistan or other African countries who are fluent in English.
