To drive individual and team sales performance by delivering exceptional customer service and personalized styling advice. The Senior Fashion Advisor leads by example, playing a key role in achieving store conversion and UPT targets through active floor supervision, team coaching, and mentorship.
Roles and responsibilities1. Sales, Supervision & Customer Engagement
- Consistently achieve personal sales targets while monitoring the sales floor to ensure all customers are proactively engaged.
- Maximize Units Per Transaction (UPT) for the store by assisting team members with add-ons and complementary item suggestions.
- Supervise the daily conversion rate by identifying gaps in the customer journey and providing real-time guidance to the sales team
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of current collections and lead brief training sessions for the team on new arrivals and trends.
- Conduct on-the-floor coaching for new or less experienced team members, sharing advanced selling tips and product insights.
- Foster a learning-focused team environment by evaluating staff performance during customer interactions and providing constructive feedback
- Provide a warm, welcoming, and consultative shopping experience that reflects the brand’s premium values.
- Model advanced relationship-building techniques to promote long-term customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Act as the first point of contact for customer concerns, resolving basic issues.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of current collections, new arrivals, product features, and trends.
- Assist new or less experienced team members by sharing product insights and selling tips.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions and contribute to a learning-focused team environment.
- Oversee the handling of merchandise to ensure minimal damage and shrinkage across the department.
- Supervise stock counts, tagging, and replenishment, ensuring the sales floor consistently meets visual standards.
- Lead the team in proactive loss prevention by reporting stock discrepancies or suspicious activity to management.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail sales
, preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands. - Passion for fashion, styling, and customer engagement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Physically fit to handle stock movement, visual setup, and floor recovery.
- Strong customer service and sales skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in leading by example and supporting junior team members.
- Strong understanding of store operations, including cash handling, stock management, and visual merchandising.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer issues professionally.
