Supervisor, Retail, Retail & Store Manager

Job Purpose

The Supervisor is responsible for leading the overall store operations, driving sales performance, and delivering exceptional customer experience in line with Cotton On brand standards. This role ensures effective team management, operational excellence, and achievement of business targets.

• Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal.

• Drive store sales to achieve targets and KPIs (sales, conversion, ATV, UPT).
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance and take corrective actions.
• Implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.

• Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve high performance.
• Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and productivity.

• Delivering exceptional customer service aligned with Cotton On standards.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Create a positive and engaging in-store experience.

• Ensure execution of visual merchandising guidelines and promotions.
• Maintain brand consistency and attractive product displays.

• Manage stock levels, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
• Minimize shrinkage and ensure proper stock handling procedures.
• Coordinate with inventory and supply chain teams.

• Monitor store expenses and ensure adherence to budget.
• Support profitability through cost control and efficient resource use.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and local regulations.
• Maintain a safe working environment for employees and customers.

• Prepare and submit regular sales and operational reports.
• Maintain accurate store records and documentation.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 4–6 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Experience in fashion retail is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office.
