Merchandiser - Sharjah, UAE (Malayalee candidates preferred)

We are currently hiring for the position of Merchandiser in Sharjah, UAE. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and promoting products and services to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and creativity.

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies that align with the company's goals
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends
• Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, quantity, and delivery timelines
• Create attractive displays that showcase products in an appealing way
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are stocked appropriately
• Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations accordingly
• Train store staff on product knowledge and merchandising techniques
• Participate in the development of marketing campaigns to promote products

• Malayalee nationality preferred
• Previous experience in a merchandising role required
• Strong communication skills in English (Malayalam proficiency is an advantage)
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
• Attention to detail with a creative eye for product display design
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
