Store Manager – Indian Ethnic Wear Retail

Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the retail store.

Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.

Lead, motivate and manage the sales team to achieve business objectives.

Deliver excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.

Maintain effective visual merchandising and ensure attractive product displays.

Manage inventory, stock replenishment and stock accuracy.

Monitor sales KPIs, prepare performance reports and implement sales improvement strategies.

Ensure proper store standards, staff grooming and compliance with company policies.

Handle customer escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.

Minimum 4 years of experience in a Store Manager or similar retail management position.

Mandatory preference for experience in Indian ethnic wear, traditional fashion, bridal or occasion wear retail.

Strong knowledge of Indian ethnic collections, including sarees, lehengas, salwar suits, sherwanis, kurtas and Indo-Western wear.

Proven experience in achieving sales targets and managing retail teams.

Excellent communication, leadership and customer relationship management skills.

Good knowledge of retail operations, inventory management and POS systems.

UAE retail experience will be an added advantage.
