- Drive new business opportunities across the GCC & MENA region.
- Lead consultative sales cycles with enterprise, government and semi-government clients.
- Engage C-level stakeholders and present compelling value/ROI business cases.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, operations and delivery teams.
- Represent the brand at regional conferences and client events.
- Consistently deliver on quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, SaaS or learning solutions.
- Strong consultative selling skills and confidence engaging senior decision-makers.
- Experience in EdTech, SaaS, HR/L&D solutions or professional services (advantage).
- A driven, competitive mindset with excellent pipeline discipline.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (both are essential).
- GCC experience is strongly preferred.
