Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Closer to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for converting leads into successful deals and driving revenue growth in the UAE market.

• Closing inbound and outbound leads
• Develop and implement effective closing strategies to maximize conversion rates
• Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders

• Strong closing skills and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand marketing strategies and explain them clearly to clients.
• Fluent English + strong sales communication. Arabic is huge plus.
• Confidence, hunger, and high standards.
