This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telemarketer, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Telemarketer will handle outbound and inbound calls to promote the center’s services, schedule appointments, respond to customer queries, and maintain customer records accurately. The role involves engaging potential and current clients with a professional and customer-focused approach, meeting sales objectives, and ensuring satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.

• Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities
• Proficiency in appointment scheduling and customer service
• Experience in sales and the ability to meet sales targets
• High level of professionalism, patience, and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English, with additional languages like Arabic considered a plus
