Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers, ensuring terms are favorable and profitable for the company.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for growth and improvement.
  • Train and mentor sales representatives to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to effectively promote Flour Animal Cattle Feed products.
  • Stay up to date on industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management, highlighting performance metrics and opportunities for improvement.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and services.
Qualifications
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Solid understanding of sales techniques and strategies, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to drive decision-making.
  • Leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve goals.
  • Proficiency in SAP B1, CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as business requirements.
  • Preference for experience in the flour manufacturing industry or similar food manufacturing industry within the wholesale segment.
