Sales Manager job vacancy in Sharjah UAE

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Sharjah. You will be responsible for helping our organization achieve sales and customer service objectives. This position is open to both local and foreign applicants, with minimal work experience required.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily sales operations of our business. This includes managing a team of sales representatives, developing and executing sales plans, setting targets and quotas, monitoring performance, providing feedback on sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for understanding customer needs, researching potential markets, conducting competitor analysis, and maintaining accurate records of all sales activities.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should also have a proven track record in achieving sales goals. In addition to this, the successful candidate should possess strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. An understanding of customer service principles is essential.

This position offers an attractive salary package of AED 1,400 per month as well as other benefits commensurate with the roles responsibilities.
