Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients ensuring their needs are met and exceeded to drive retention.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations tailored to the unique challenges of potential clients clearly articulating the value proposition.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively demonstrating a keen understanding of pricing strategies and competitive positioning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field to ensure a solid foundational knowledge of sales principles.
- Minimum of 3 years of direct sales experience, particularly in B2B environments, to demonstrate a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Certification in sales methodologies to validate expertise and strategic selling capabilities.
- Experience and knowledge in the specific industry of pneumatic and hydraulic to leverage industry knowledge for better client engagement.
- Should have valid UAE driving license.
