Wholesale Executive

Role Overview :

Dr. Scent is looking for an experienced Wholesale Executive to join our Sales / Business Development team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving B2B and wholesale sales of diffuser machines and aerosol refills, developing distribution channels, managing key accounts, and building long-term recurring business.

Key Responsibilities :

• Achieve wholesale sales targets for diffuser machines and aerosol products.
• Identify, onboard, and manage distributors, resellers, and corporate accounts.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key wholesale and corporate customers.
• Negotiate commercial and payment terms.
• Coordinate with supply chain and logistics to ensure product availability.
• Monitor competitors, pricing, market trends, and customer preferences.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales and pipeline reports.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and support effective credit control.

Requirements :

• 3-6 years of wholesale sales experience, preferably within machines, aerosol, FMCG, HVAC, hygiene, or a similar industry.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Strong commercial and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
