Pay: 4,000.00 (AED) - 5,500.00 (AED) per month + commission Full job description: A Medical Center in Sharjah is looking for indoor sales Agent with three years of experience in the Medical field, with Excellent communication skills in Arabic.
Responsibilities- Contacting potential customers or clients via phone to reply adds inquiries and promote medical products or services.
- Providing information about products or services, including their features, benefits, and pricing.
- Responding to customer inquiries and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Following up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and build customer loyalty.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments, as well as the latest products and services offered by the company.
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective telemarketing strategies.
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics set by the Medical Center.
- Maintaining accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in a system.
- Generating leads and identifying potential new customers.
- 3 years experience with the same field.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe / explain them to prospects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
- High school diploma;
Proficient in relevant computer applications. - Knowledge of Tele sales practices and principles.
- Excellent data entry and typing skills.
- Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately.
3 years of experience in a healthcare sector as a Tele sales Agent or other sales / customer service role.
